totally out of control to the beginings of fittnes Lumpy is Powerful
This shows my former beer guzzling cheeseburger eatin' self, then I cut a lot of the beer down and started training seriously
The next pic will hopefully show a little more rippage without too much mass lost.

whats up brothe ri was off all last week with shingles it sucks i have to take a couple more weeks off of lifting so i will be hitting up the cardio and abs alot and yeah it is in march it is good to here from you keep in touch

I uped my cardio to twice a day when I'm reducing BF. Two short 20 minute intense sessions. The last shortly before bedtime then down a protein shake before I'm out of the night. I always wake feeling tight in the abs.
