I have really been making insane gains with my strength and my weight has been steady and increasing.  The other day on decline I put up 275 6 times easily, and the next set dropped to 185 for 20 reps easily... My squatting has been increasing a lot as well.  My heavy set I normally go up to...

Thanks for your pic-comment. Í´m still in my mass-phase (until end of september). After that starts my cutting. At the end of my last I had good 300lbs with 22" arms and 8% bodyfat. I would say that´s ripped enough. Have a nice week... May the growth be with you!
