How I Started:
Bunch of guys at work got in a weight loss competition. I started with resistance bands and body weight exercises. When that did not challenge me anymore I started hitting the gym.
Why I Love It:
I have 3 wonderful children, a hottie wife and a demanding job. Hitting the gym lets me have my own personal time and lets me blow off steam.
How I Stay Motivated:
Logging/Tracking everything. Logging allows my bb friends to keep me motivated.

hey. i see that you have tried cordygen 5. i have been considering buying it. i have used first endurance optygen before and had decent results with it. would you consider cordygen 5 better? Thanks i'm a distant runner

You have my support on the MuscleTech issue. If any company issues unnecessary lawsuits over as basic a concept as free speech and voicing an opinion on their product then they should be boycotted, imo. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
