looking to lose weight, decrease body fat percentage, as well as gain muscle tone back that I have lost of the past 4 years.
Goal (Long):
I need to lose 40lbs & be solid. I am an apple shaped person! =( large chest, tire around belly, small butt. I typically have no problem maintaining weight for years, once I actually get to where I need to be. I think after 35 I noticed that it was harder to get my muscle tone back after having a child, I had slightly higher blood pressure, more cellulite, less determination.. motivation.. =) I will be 40 in a few months, and would love to be a smaller happer healthier "self" by then!!
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
benefits.. great skin, healthy heart, keeps me younger, boosts my immune system, keeps my pcos from coming out.

so its been almost 4 weeks.. I am sooo much stronger!! hubbys training program must be working!! I have not lost any weight. but I am also not dieting. I have been watching what I eat, but not cutting out pizza once a week etc. also its hard to eat more food, I guess you need more when you...
