Not an awesome dinner but the work out was good. Did the Terrain mode on the treadmill at 3.6. Said I burned 325 cals. I don't believe that but hey, it's something. Stretching was great. I'm glad I went.
hey, just read both your blogs. sorry to hear about the bad comment.wanted to say all the best to you in the future and hope you achieve all you want to.thats it,regards.
this may be an odd question but Do you like Durham Area? I plan on moving out of Pittsburgh in a couple years and its an area I am considering....what are your thoughts?
I read ur Blog and I loved it. I'm actually trying to gain weight and my job gives us free food. So its a lot of good food and good food that's not so good for you, if u know what I mean. But I like to think that my good food intake outweighs the bad.
Just stopping by to say, "good luck to you!!!" You can do it and it sounds like you have the right motivation to live a very healthy life! You are going to do it!!!
As a couple that not only needed body transformations but also achieved them my wife and I know where you are coming from. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had good results. If you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. If my wife or I can be of assistance feel free to give us a yell.
You are making progress and I look forward to watching you progress even more. Push yourself to be the best that you can be. I look forward to seeing you not only achieve but surpass your own expectations. Keep reaching for the higher branches. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell. We can all use an extra person or two in our corner from time to time.
Hey you! Thanks for your comment. One of the many most important things I learned last year was to sometimes let the reins I place on myself go, and not push myself as hard. I think lifestyle changes are huge steps and should be given room to grow as naturally as possible.
Anyway, I read this awesomely encouraging and interesting article today (from the BB forums): http://www.hussmanfitness.org/ html/TSInsideOut.html
