Shoulders and chest
71 KG This is BEFORE I started weightlifting. At this point I knew nothing. I just tried to eat healthy and did some pushups and crunches from time to time. cardio (running and cycling) 2 times a week
ending CUT starting BULK 73 KG (coming from 80 KG, 3 months ago) >managed to eat according to eating shedule 6 times a day >3-4 timas a week weighttrainig 2 muscle groups (+abs) + cardio 30 min
