When I Started:
Jun, 2000
How I Started:
I was at my school for my rate in the military. My roommate got me started. I dabbled on and off with it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after I have worked out for a consistent amount of time.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard for me to stay motivated. So far I haven't had any success in that. I quit after getting pregnant the first time and now 4 kids later, I am ready to have my body back!! A lot has been undone!
BB Accomplishments:
None, but want to compete once my body is in shape for it.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I live in a military community and we have a community center with a gym. There are no free weights though. Only a couple machines, treadmills, a bicycle, and an elliptical trainer.

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I only tell close friends. Those are the ones that actually care about what you are or aren't doing and more likely to keep me on my program and not try to entice me to go off stray.

Are you a parent?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
As soon as I'm over this yuckiness I am doing Zuzana's workout! She changes it up everyday. She has her own website BodyRock.TV. Check it out to get a boost to your workout!
http://www.bodyrock.tv/ I love Youtube. I have found so much on there. It is a huge time waster for me. I can sit down...
