How I Started: Just decided one day that I wanted to get in shape so I went out and bought some weights, barbells, dumbells and a bench and got started
Why I Love It: Makes me feel so much better about myself when I know that I am in shape. I feel better physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated: Haven't been motivated for awhile. But, what will keep me motivated is knowing the difference in how I feel when I workout and stay in shape compared to how I feel when I don't. I keep plenty of bodybuilding magazines around that will keep me motivated. Seeing pics of other people in shape is another thing that keeps me motivated.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Lose fat and gain muscle
Goal (Long): I would like to shed some of this fat that I have accumalated over the years. I would like to get back into the condition I was in about 5 years ago. Kinda let working out and exercising take a back burner for awhile and now it shows. My main goal is to shed the fat and then build on the muscle that is there under the fat.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

Well, I think I'm finally back now.  I've only worked out like 3 times this week because I have still been battling a case of bronchitis.  It took two trips to the doctor and I had to get a second antibiotic because the first one did nothing for the bronchitis.  I'm finally feeling better. ...
