I was in CO (USAFA) and NJ (McGuire). Followed my husband down to Whiting NAS while he is finishing pilot training for the USMC once I got out. Now I need to kick into gear. I got WAY out of shape after my knee surgery and daughter... Killing it with cardio right now twice a day... Starting back into weights too... Low weights, high reps since I am trying to lean out... Have you heard of Mitotropin? What would you recommend?
