Well for my short trem goal its to drop 5-8 pounds of BF this month
Goal (Long):
I want to be Ripped like 5-7% bf plus I want to bulk as well and end up at 150-160 5-7% ( LONG TERM GOAL) but for this year i would like to it the 10% mark that would be AWESOME. Currently im 13-15% @151pounds Well my diet is on point and steadily droping BF slowly .5Pounds a week but its consistant. Just about to throw in some extra cardio days in the program.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
DUDE, Ive done a shi% load of diffrent diets, but currently Im sticking whith THE ANABOLIC DIET, reason being its been working.. the diet is a high fat 60% med protien 30% and less than 30g carb diet.. most of my carb intake come from my pwo shake. and i carb up for 12-14 hours on sunday.. been on it for like 22weeks now ugghhhh.. still got more to go but i used to be a fat ass for ever so a few more weeks is worth it to meDUDE, Ive done a shi% load of diffrent diets, but currently Im sticking whith THE ANABOLIC DIET, reason being its been working.. the diet is a high fat 60% med protien 30% and less than 30g carb diet....more
well ive been doing plenty of diffrent diets over the past few yeaw so with sucsses and some without. But I gained alot of knowledge along the way. So I currently do The anabolic diet and i love it. Been true to it for the past 4 months or so. ..Its a lot of tinkering but im geting it dialed...
