How I Started:
I first started in summer 2003 for a short period, the goal was to get in better shape. but as i got back in Jan. 2005, the goal was to break free from many things. and it worked.
Why I Love It:
too many reasons:stress relief/the pump/ being in good shape-good spirits..
Being a bellydancer, i enjoy dancing much more when i'm content with my shape:)
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results and getting encouragement from significant others. I Love working out , mostly the results and feeling after endorphin production. The pleasure I get from endorphin is much greater than the pain from my chronic ankle injury.
I never have to talk myself into working out, however eating healthy isn't quite as easy. Especially that I love cooking, cook well, but Must limit myself to what's CLEAN.
BB Accomplishments:
I had all kinds of joints/cartilage and muscle problems and being able to still step up and hit the training, makes me proud!!

yikes! An accident and you are back training? Quite amazing. Welcome back! My training is non-existent at the moment. I've decided to take some time off so that I can figure out what I'm going to do so that I can make sure I win my next contest. Thanks for the encouragement! You are looking pretty good too, but aim for the stars, slim and never settle.
