Well here it is 4:45 am and I'm about to head off to the gym. Guess this si what is all about..right? Still a little tired, I'll be rolling in a few. Today I am running 5 miles and will do some abs. This will be my second five mile run of the week. Ok, time to get a little NO explode...

nice!!! I have always wanted to do a marathon but I get really bad shin splints when used to do crosscountry back in the day they always caused problems. any suggestions for getting rid of them?

MAN MY WAIST WAS ABOUT A 28 WHEN I STARTED! LOL. THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO. THIS LAST TIME I WAS UP TO A 36, NOW IVE DROPPED DOWN TO A 32, WITH A GOAL OF 30.
