When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
In January 2009 I weighed in at 255. I started dieting on the south beach diet, taking Hydroxycut hardcore, and training in mixed martial arts. I lost an existential amount of wieght. After two months I was at 235.I continued MMA and slowed down on the diet.A couple of months passed and in May I weighed in at 222(an unlucky number),and struggled with loseing the wieght. So, I dug in and started a personally designed diet with low sugar and sat. fats, xenadrine RFA-x hardcore strength, and started strength training. With a little bit more extra muscle I started shredding pounds again, and I am now at 205.
Why I Love It:
I like it because I feel healthier, and it is fun.
Yeah I actually stiil have some of those. Losing a lot of weight at a fast rate does that lol. Those don't go away easy, I'm still using cocoa butter and vitamin E. I hear tanning also helps, but living in the city, I never get tan.
just keeping your core tight is enough to strengthen the abs. But since you're asking for exercises you should try the hanging leg raises or weighted sit-ups at an incline, those are fun.
you mean to strengthen that area then. To be honest I don't do many abdominal exercises except for hanging leg raises. What I do is keep my core tight throughout ALL my workouts. From running to lifting I use my core so that I'm constantly keeping that area in use. Even while I sit to read or type.
