Zach recently kicked ass at his first show thanks to his no nonsense work ethic, supplement and training knowledge, and rejection of broscience in favor of logic.
Hi, I just wanted a quick opinion. I went from 210 to 170 in six months doing cardio, 3X12 sets of exercises, and a deficit diet. For someone coming from losing weight is the workout from your beginner article a good template to follow in order to start putting mass on? Thanks again for all sharing your help and information.
Props on your huge success in the articles of the week bro! I have a feeling you're going to take the only one I've participated in so far as well.
cheers
Hey. It is very possible to get ripped and gain muscle weight. Anyone saying different is certainly not educated on the body. As you can see I have not gained very much body fat however my weight in 2006 was 165 and now at 174 or 76 on my good day =) I am maintaining low fat. As a gym owner and former nutritional consultant it is about applying the right information.
just my opinion, but i strongly disagree with your theory on 'getting big and ripped at the same time'. your profile pictures only justified my belief.
