Today is December 30th 2007, im going to Hawaii in Aug. 2008...HELP ME!!
Goal (Long):
AB"S!! Seem to be the key, I need to lose the weight around my mid section, earn defination in my body, and arms. Also my eating habits are terrible! I bought the video set "P90X" I hope it helps im very eager to get started, I also need YOUR help and motivation! Im in the US ARMY i can hang in a run, pass my PT test, but my body sucks! HELP ME PLEASE!
Today is 2-11-08 and i see improvement i will be posting pics on the 15th, look at them and let me know some of my accomplishments, and some things to keep working on, Im down to 16% bodyfat, looking for at least 10%. Im in AFGANASTAN right now, so i have some good time to hit the weights, if you have any words of advice i would like to hear them!
Alright....it's coming along, im losing the fat!! I want MORE!! I THINK I CAN...I THINK I CAN...I THINK I CAN...This lil engine is picking up speed!

Man, you did great! When you get back, keep doing what you doing, just go for heavier weight and bump the protein up and keep cardio at 3 times a week, eat clean and you can gain some lean muscle weight and keep the abs coming in!
Right on man! I never thought i'd be an inspiration to anyone on here. That inspires me even more. I'm down 2 more pounds and I'm actually starting to notice some definition in my arms and chest. Not so much in my pics but I cand feel it. Keep rockin' it man. Let's both have the best summer ever!
Thanks for the Comment. Believe it or not, the weight loss is coming due to Weight Watchers. Not as hard to do as I thought in the mess hall. That uniform I am wearing is my goal uniform for redeployment. Just about there. You take care and we'll talk again soon.

Thanks man! Yeah my blood pressure sucks and i don't like taking the pills. And I want to be comfotable with my shirt off this summer. I've never felt this desire to be healthier like I do now! No turning back!!! Thanks for your support man.
Thanks a bunch! I would love if youd send me the routine. Especially as i plan to incorporate more running and in my cardio (i'll be doing less spinning). Also, thought id let you know.. i plan on giving the Lipo6X a try :-) until the end of April though.

my workout plan is all from crossfit.com man. it's grueling and demanding, but it's changed my life. i usually take 2 APFT back to back and only accept my pt score for my second one as my real score, other than that the APFT is a terrible guage of fitness. Diet is key too...train hard bud.
