Goal (Long):
that defined body that six pack or as they those wash board abs.strong powerful arms big chest powerful legs. huh sounds like a boflex commercial? through excercise and oh my gosh the proper diet i would like to lose forty pounds of fat and replace it with forty pounds of muscle mass.sounds simple enough huh?I started my program just a week ago i had a lot of obstacles to overcome first.Smoking which i am glad to say it's been eight whole days since my last puff hooray....... yippe......I dont have a gym membership so i am using a total gym and plain old excercise. My Diet i seem to be having trouble with. Can't seem to find one that fits.everyone in my household is pretty much overweight.so theres always some junk food laying around begging to be eaten.LOL....Seriously in twelve weeks i would like to feel comfortable enough to take my shirt off outside while washig the car.
from a premature baby to the blossoming flower that you are now .i enjoy when the under dog wins against all odds she is turning her dream into a reality

hi, yeah...training is great, as always. I am working even harder at it these days, got new goals to accomplish, so I am pumped about that. Thanks for the encouragement.
Hey, man. Yeah, it looks like both of us are dropping a few pounds - which is a good thing. Keep up the solid work; I'm going to keep destroying fat until the holidays and then try to keep the lean gains coming...
