I got started wanting to get bigger when I was 12 years old. I would watch wrestling and want to look like those guys so I started curling water jugs then I got stronger I filled them with sand. I would curl them for hours making my hands bleed. My grandmother got me my 1st set of weights when I was 13 years old and at 31 years old I haven’t look back.
Why I Love It:
I love to train because of the personal challenge you get for the whole journey of competing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Live in Florida, read and lean about how to improve,I'm always looking online following the sport all season.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting a pro card in the WNSO in 2000.
Compete this year 2007 at the Muscle mania Super bodies and Team Universe these are the biggest contest I have done so I'm pretty excited about that.
I love being a Trainer it was something I was born to do. I love being able to make a difference in peoples life’s by helping them be healthy. I started training at a young age 13 and join my 1st gym when I was 16. I was bless to be around very experience trainers and lean and lean and read and study everything I could about training and nutition everyday. I love learning how the body works and leaning health ways of eating. I have been weight training for 19 years personal training for 10 years at the age of 31 that’s not too bad. I started young and really started getting serious about my training 10 years ago and once I really apply some sound nutition and harder workouts what a difference it has made. I have added over 120lbs to my physique and have competed in over 18 bodybuilding contests. I won my pro card with the WNSO in 2001.I won the 2003 Space Coast Championships. I won the 2004 Gold Cup Heavyweight class and the 2005 Central Florida Heavyweight class. I’m working towards getting my pro card by competing at this years Muscle Mania Super Bodies and the on to compete at the drug tested Nationals Team Universe and the winner of each contest gets a pro card. So being a national level bodybuilder I take my training and eating serious. That’s what makes me a better trainer is I practice what I preach. I love helping get in shape get health and just feel good about about them selves. I’m so bless to be able to work at something I love and have a passion for I was born to be a Trainer
