Sorry I have been away, I am recovering from a car accident. I have been having constant headaches still. I have been also working lots of overtime (prb not good for recovering) I won't be back on here until I can get back in the gym...

welllllllll so Coach says I won't be ready to compete in Arizona on Feb. 6th, and wants me to wait at least until the end of April for a competition in Spokane. He wants me to pack on more muscle

Help as many people as I possibly can to get themselves motivated enough to reach their goals. That, and compete on a national level within the next year to earn a pro card.. is that too much to ask?? I'm going to try!

Was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer, already had 2 surgeries to remove it. I'm on standby with everything, my health is my priority. Once all is done I will be alright; gonna come back more determined then ever. Want to compete in 2010.
