How I Started:
Got tired of being small so I decided to hit the weight room.
Why I Love It:
I feel good after and I like the results I get although I don't get many because it seems to be very difficult for me to put on muscle mass.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at how small I am and it makes me want to hit the gym hard and get bigger. I also enjoy weight lifting so staying motivated isn't a problem for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Benched 275 for one while only weighing 150 lbs.
