Always been interested in body building i,ve been to a few shows tried a few times to work out. Now i am ready for the life change.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief. Feels good when i see my results.

Getting compliments. Cant wait to see what it holds for me in 6 months.

The major accomplishments #1 Making the plan to start Body Building and most of all making the move to get a personal trainer. With this being done it creates a safe lifting intoduction for Body Building.Motavition is a key element to meeting and setting my accomplishments.

well... I have been un productive for 10 months. I am working with a personl trainer 3 days a week
I started this on 10-20-09. Start totaly over with diet and work outs the main thing i dont want to do is get side tracked and not go to the gym. WORK HARD FOR GREAT RESULTS!!!!
