At the age of 21 My best friend needed a ride to the basment gym"SPARKY'S" he was training at He needed a spot and someone to take up his rest set and that was the start of it all
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel,the way it makes me look and theenergy that it gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at how my body is changing,and keep thinking that if I keep pushing as hard as I can then I will Magikly change in the same exponential manner

Workout Program:
I am going on a 3 Day a week split schedule to start,it will be mon,wed,fri and a push/pull workout chest&tris,Back&bi's,& Shoulders&Legs

Once I get back in form I 'll Change up to a 6 day single bodypart routine with sunday off to rest.
