How I Started:
I became a vegan about 6 months ago and wanted to combine a workout regime with my new diet. I've always exercised, but over the past 3 months, I made the decision to take it to the next level.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy it gives me and the confidence booster it provided. Of course, I love the way it makes me look!

I am a practicing vegan who is trying to further my diet by eradicating all processed foods from my diet. This includes things like Clif Bars and packaged veggie burgers. What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Combining back and biceps...8-12 sets of 4 exercises for each muscle to failure.
