As of 2/2/08 I'm at 15.36% body fat and closing in on my goal of 12%. My abs and shoulders look good but my biceps, triceps and lower body need work.

My biceps are ok but my triceps need to do some serious leaning out.

Slightly leaner lower body but still not where I want to be. I cringe every time I put on/see this bathing suit! It's horribly ugly but I thought I use it to keep the pics consistent.
