Front view at 15.36% body fat. Front bicep at 14.5% body fat
As of 2/2/08 I'm at 15.36% body fat and closing in on my goal of 12%. My abs and shoulders look good but my biceps, triceps and lower body need work.
My biceps are ok but my triceps need to do some serious leaning out.

I had a hydrostatic body fat testing last week (April 21st) and was very happy with the results!  I'm actually 14.2% body fat, which is about 2.5% lower than the reading I'm getting at home with calipers.  Sure, I still don't look the way I want but, psychologically, this lower number made...
