How I Started:
I started on and off since I was 13 but more off then on at times I had an amazing body other times like now i have been fat. I want to get in shape for myself because you only live once and you need a good body to show the world that you work hard and care about yourself.
Why I Love It:
Because it gives me self-esteem and strength and is part of my image.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't so far but I am hoping bodyspace will help me

All my life I wanted a superhuman body i use to have it but then got really depressed the biggest thing i lack is self confidence people use to come up to touch my muscles. I miss that I was known as muscle man. Now I am marchmellow man. I have been really depressed lately and I want a better body than I ever had I want to be 205 ripped with 7% - 5% bodyfat. I want people to drop thier mouths when i walk down the street. I want to be an inspiration to youth and other depressed people. I want to bench 300lBs at least. I want to have a six pack and do the splits I know i can do this in 12 months. But it will take a lot of selfdispline.

  Its hard to keep a positive mental attitude when you are working as a Cab driver 98% of the clients you pick up look down on you as being a Cabbie.  And it is especially hard the long hours you have to work and the sleeping schedule that is always out of wack.  Messes up your mind that...

Thanks man. Will do if I'm ever in N. America. Actually I'd like to go to India someday because my grandma was Indian. I'm going to be bulking for one more week then I'll try and cut some of the fat.
