eh i had the flu in october. i was out of commision for a week. but it made me want to work out harder than ever when i was back in the gym. sucks getting sick but it happens. its that time of year!

Slipped on a wet floor, although I had a few beers which didn't help, not too many though! Wasn't a drunken mess lol Yeah gonna use this week to eat like a horse and try and gain a bit of weight, call it bulking up, suppose it might do me good to have a week off, hopefully it won't set me back too much when I get back to the gym next week. How's it all going up north?
