I could not go to the beach with the fat, pasty white body that I had... Needed to do something YIKES!!
Why I Love It:
What else is there... working out is my escape..
How I Stay Motivated:
Not letting myself get comfortable with what I see in the mirror, that is what got me in the shape I once was. Always looking for a way to improve on and build something. Listening to what others have to say, yeah it makes me mad when it is a negative comment, but that gets me work even harder. All the positive comments sure help alot too keep me motivated as well so keep them coming.

Okay, No laughing please, this was me before I put on more weight, YIKES!!! Was about 175 here, but completely out of shape.
This is me at my highest weight of 245, I will be putting a picture up of me in the same pants now, those are size 36 and as you can see my belly is hanging over,

Because it is my son who just turned 19 and finished his first year at Troy with a 3.75 GPA. We are pretty much the same size however I am still stronger for now.
For those who have asked to see my before pics I have finally been able to get a couple of them posted, take a look if you dare. The kids picked these out and there are a few others, but not sure about those yet.
