My friends and I all joined the gym at the same time and went hard out for a while. I'm the only one of my friends still going to the gym now. These days I do weights alone but do pump class with my mate Donald

Summers almost here, time to cut up for the beach without losing any muscle.
Goal (Long):
I've been going to the gym for a few years now but I feel like I haven't really put much size on so I've decided to do a mass diet with shakes. At the moment I just don't feel very big and I need some extra size. Legs and Shoulders I feel are my weakest points. Abs are something that I've never had so being able to have some is definately a goal.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros: good facilities, friendly staff, good well maintained equipment, good group fitness classes.
Cons: I feel like a bit of a loser when all the big guys are training cos I feel so small.

This is the program that I am now on. I train at 1pm, squeez it into my hour lunch break.
Day 1 (Monday)
=LEGS=
WARM UP 5-10 mins on cross trainer
STRETCHES
Squats 1x warm up set then 3x8-12 reps
Front Squat 12,10,8 reps + Hack Squat 3x8reps(superset)
Leg Curls 3x8-12 reps
Leg Extensions...

Supplements, ie protein powder can only do so much. The food you eat the other 80% of the time is what will cause you to grow. Training is merely a stimulus for the body to grow. :)
Hey Andy! - Mate, the only reason you are loosing weight is because your not eating enough! The shakes alone won't do it. When im sick i drink shakes all day, and blend oats in with em. lol. You've been training since 2002 you should know these things!
Low volume and heavy weight military presses of any variation you can think of, heavy side laterals as well. Heavy barbell bench pressing on chest days and heavy rows on back days.

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
