This was my first contest. I think I came in too thin. I lost too much muscle in the diet process. I placed third out of three just like Lou Ferrigno in the 1975 Mr. Olympia Contest. I lost 41 pounds in 13 weeks. I had a great time doing the show and had 13 friends and family show up to support me. |
