I was in an Army Ranger Training Battalion and most of the other soldiers were working out so I joined the club to become bigger, faster, and stronger. It was one time that peer pressure was a good thing. I then attended the Army Master Fitness Trainer School (MFT) and began personal training on the side. I have loved bodybuilding ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it keeps my body strong and free from sickness and injury. Also, it’s not easy and I enjoy a challenge. If bodybuilding was easy, everyone would do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I have friends and family that look up to me and I never want to let them down. I have to keep my self fit.
BB Accomplishments:
I don’t consider my self to have any major accomplishments. I am able to lose 20 to 40 pounds when I have to.
I want to compete in another bodybuilding show and come in dryer and more muscular than my first show. I want to look lean not "skinny". My goal weight for that contest is 205 Lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%
Upcoming Contest:
OCB Mr./Ms. Natural Steel City
