Goal (Long):
My overall goal right now is to lean out the lower body n define my abs. I have been working extremely hard to do this. I am eating real clean, lifting, and interval training, sprints and bleacher runs for my cardio. Its only a matter of time now. ABS have to be the hardest body part that I have ever had to try and define. My lower body is coming along but that too takes effort and patience.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 9 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
Upcoming Contest:
2009 USBF battle of york natural & ms USBF figure
I need some new clean eating recipes. I'm kinda bored w/turkey meatloaf, steak and chicken. I need some new recipes to add some excitement to these three staples of my diet. Please pass on any ideas! Thanks a bunch.
thank you!! Yes I believe your "trainnig" starts at the kitchen..
What do you think about cleansing 7 day programs? IT is something that helps you when you are decide to change your diet like a "start" os something you loose weight while you are taking and then once you finish the 7 days you have all the weight back? Have a great day!
Hugs,
