How I Started: i owned a dance studio for years so i was in decent shape, but after i had kids i never got back into shape until i started lifting.
Why I Love It: i love feeling and looking strong!
How I Stay Motivated: the loook in my hubby's eyes makes me stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments: i've done 8 shows since 2003. placed 1st in a small local show,11th in my first big npc show, 3rd in a small npc show, 7th at my second big npc show...the new englands and 5th in a decent size npc show.
