How I Started:
Last year I spent the first half of the year dealing with restrictive eating habits, where it got to the point where I was eating 1000cal a day and running my ass off. Then one day something just clicked and I decided I wanted to be strong and sexy, not skinny, and so I've been battling on ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love how empowered it makes me feel, the feeling of achievement when I lift heavier than I have before, the ache when I wake up the next morning.
Having said that, sometimes I hate it, but I love the results I get too much to stop!
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself that it's like a savings account for my body. While I could probably 'get away' with eating crap and being lazy while I'm young, I would pay for it later. So instead I do the work now so I don't have to lose out later on.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to a point where I feel comfortable eating 2000cal a day!

I was a little TOO thin at this point I think - I'm not much heavier now (about a kg) but it's taken the 'edge' of my thinness I think (note: my brother is about 6"6! I'm not that tiny!)
OK so this is my abs now - as you can see I've lost all (well most) definitions, but I guess I don't mind my stomach tooooo much...
So, my goal is to level out at 130lbs, with a bf of 20%... To do this I will weight train twice a week to maintain muscle, and do hard cardio 4 times a week. I will also stick to a diet of 2200 - 2400 cals a day with one day where I can go up to 2600.
