Workout Program:
I am just starting out so this is pretty simplistic. Sorry if I am boring you more experienced folk! ;)

Monday- Cardio 30-45min, Chest & Triceps
Wednesday- Cardio 30-45min, Back & Biceps
Friday- Cardio 30-45min, Legs

I'll get more into specifics on weight training exercises as I get more familiar with the machines and my routine.

Tuesday and Thursday I will soon start focusing on flexibility by adding in a yoga video at home.

Weekends will get recreational exercise added in soon as well. (Family walks, games etc.)
