How I Started:
I have always been into athletics. When the local gym opened I enrolled and began to workout the way I did in HS. I never did see any results and so I got a dietition to help me out and then started to see results.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of waking up the next morning and feeling the soreness from the previous workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated when i go into public and see people that just dont take very good care of themselves. Also when i go into the gym and see the same people day in and day out never giving up to achieve their BB goals just like me.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but hope some day to compete.
