To get my personal trainer certification in 2010, and to motivate, motivate, motivate with laughter & positivity (oh, and a lil tough love)!!
Goal (Long):
Genetically, I'm blessed with a mesomorphic physique, which means that while I can and do build muscle at a pretty good clip, I can also add fat without a lot of "trying" :) While I don't think that competition is in my nature, I want to have the healthiest and fittest body I've ever had - for me. I want to be satisfied when I look in the mirror or when I step out the door that I've worked as hard as I can to achieve the physique that is mine, and that I can be proud of! Ideally, I would like to maintain between 15-17% bodyfat levels, and weigh in at about 140 lbs. I know that I can do it, but do I want it bad enough?
FBM's passion for & knowledge of this sport is clear in every single post she makes. She truly cares about people and wants everyone to have the knowledge necessary to meet their goals!
I know how you feel. i didn't indulge this holiday, but for some reason have been feeling bloated. It could possibly be all the water I drank so I wouldn't overeat. LOL!!
Congrates on your great progress in the latest challenge, Brooke! Your pics look great. An awesome job of staying focused and achieving results.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
You have a happy thanksgiving, as well. I'm going to be making a healthy/diet Thanksgiving. All the trimmings and everything will taste the same, but I am going to do healthy/diet versions of everything and I bet my unsuspecting in-laws will be none the wiser. I look 32, huh? 32 and quite a Jew. I like it. :)
I'm not sure if it the "CAMERA ANGLE" or the "HEELS"...maybe BOTH...but those "LEGS" look a whole lot LONGER that they did 11 weeks ago!!! LOL ...RED is my new FAVORITE color!!
Girl your new avi is great!!! No I have never been to the Arnold....does not look like we will be making it this time either. Well there is always next time! Take a ton of pics and SHOW ME!!
