"Anything worth having, is worth working your a$$ off for!"
To get my personal trainer certification in 2010, and to motivate, motivate, motivate with laughter & positivity (oh, and a lil tough love)!!
Goal (Long):
Everyday, I want to know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I've worked as hard as I can to achieve this physique and to be very, very proud of my achievement!
I want people to continue to say to me, "You're HOW OLD!?! Damn, you look AMAZING!"
It's The Worm's warm & fuzzy attitude that really does it for me, along with true dedication, commitment and a full-on case of the crazies. Oh, and let's not forget how "almost sexy" he is for an old dude.
I was just whining to my husband about how I did cardio today, but that I really, really hate it and find it so boring; even with great music to listen to. And his response, you ask? "Well, weren't you doing a lot more cardio when you were lean?...
Thanks, Brooke! It took me a few times on the stepper to figure it out and get a good sweat going on. You will get it and rock it for sure! Deadlifts kicked my butt today but the soreness feels good :) I'm glad tomorrow is a forced off day for me! Have a great Christmas Eve and Christmas! -Jeff
No worries on the diet. I'm putting on my game face for this one. I'm going to be a little embarassed by the pics and the measurements but I'm going to bring my A game. When I'm done I want to look like Irish. :-)I even maped out a plan 1st week cleans diet. Then eat clean lots of protine and complex carbs. Lift for size the first 10 weeks then tone and def to finish it off. In the Gym 5 days per week. Yeah I can do this. :-)
:) I'm getting pretty good with the stepper and rolling terrain. It only took me 30mins to sweat like a hog before squats, stiff-leg deadlifts, and seated calf raises. My legs are shot for the evening! -Jeff
