Genetically, I'm blessed with a mesomorphic physique, which means that while I can and do build muscle at a pretty good clip, I can also add fat without a lot of "trying" :) While I don't think that competition is in my nature, I want to have the healthiest and fittest body I've ever had - for me. I want to be satisfied when I look in the mirror or when I step out the door that I've worked as hard as I can to achieve the physique that is mine, and that I can be proud of! Ideally, I would like to maintain between 15-17% bodyfat levels, and weigh in at about 140 lbs. I know that I can do it, but do I want it bad enough?
Seriously. I KILLED my legs today. And, seriously, I didn't eat very clean this weekend. And I don't have time to be eating dirty...so I suppose this was my penance.
BB squats to parallel: 4 x 10 @ 140#
Split squats: 3 x 10 @ 40# (this is TOTAL, not per DB~I'm not...
Thanx for the invite for the 12 week transformation
I'm just getting ready for a huge show in New York this weekend so already made the big transformation
thanx anyway!

Hey there! What cert are you going for? I am currently enrolled in a NCSF course at my college. Going ok so far. http://www.ncsf.org. I have looked into the ISSA stuff as mentioned by our own CTrainer...the Nutrition cert looks good. Cheers
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you continue towards your fitness goals and dreams. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are an inspiration to so many
others.
