New gym opened up, joined, kept going and going and going....I was always athletic but was never able to realize my full potential - I'm realizing now that my potential is limitless!
Why I Love It:
The feelings of confidence, sexiness, strength, power, energy and calm after an intense workout!

Goal (Long):
Genetically, I'm blessed with a mesomorphic physique, which means that while I can and do build muscle at a pretty good clip, I can also add fat without a lot of "trying" :) While I don't think that competition is in my nature, I want to have the healthiest and fittest body I've ever had - for me. I want to be satisfied when I look in the mirror or when I step out the door that I've worked as hard as I can to achieve the physique that is mine, and that I can be proud of! Ideally, I would like to maintain between 15-17% bodyfat levels, and weigh in at about 140 lbs. I know that I can do it, but do I want it bad enough?

I want to LOSE 5 lb

So, I've decided to do 6 weeks or so of ALL compounds on my leg day (this is week #2).  Can I just say, OUCH!

BB squat:  4 @ 145# 10, 10, 8, 8

SLDL:  3 @ 95# (WAAAAAAY) too light  12, 12, 12

ATG front DB squats: 4 @ 60# (total) 10, 10, 9, 11 (longer rest before set 4~jaw...

I have not done much on here for a long time so I figured I was due, plus I have to brown nose so I can get some extra support - just kidding everyone! I am now on a cleaning frenzy and about to go to the gym - I better be careful with the weights I may end up knocking out an eye or something.

Wow, you were getting compliments up the ying yang on that thread (the veins)..... not that they are not deserved but I know how it goes to your head and then we have to worry about the swollen fat head of yours hehehe It is like 3am and I can't sleep anymore so here I am talking to you. I go to a tanning place too - but I don't get the "spray on" like you do I just lay on a table and cook.

It was very tough. I knew most of the material, what's really hard to grasp is the vocabulary. It's like medical terms.

Hey Brooke, thanks. Yes I am, I actually have 3 certifications. But 2 of them are through Bally's, so I don't really count those. I also have a cert through NASM.

How is my little friend doing? I am feeling back to myself again mentally I also found the meds I got for my stomach in July (the non-existent ulcer) I had left them in bag in the drawer - I am finally feeling a little better in my gut instead of looking like Michelin X. I know it is almost photo time for you, I am still trying to decide when to do mine. You are going to look beautiful and sexy - can't wait to see them. You know I wish you only success.
