New gym opened up, joined, kept going and going and going....I was always athletic but was never able to realize my full potential - I'm realizing now that my potential is limitless!
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
Genetically, I'm blessed with a mesomorphic physique, which means that while I can and do build muscle at a pretty good clip, I can also add fat without a lot of "trying" :) While I don't think that competition is in my nature, I want to have the healthiest and fittest body I've ever had - for me. I want to be satisfied when I look in the mirror or when I step out the door that I've worked as hard as I can to achieve the physique that is mine, and that I can be proud of! Ideally, I would like to maintain between 15-17% bodyfat levels, and weigh in at about 140 lbs. I know that I can do it, but do I want it bad enough?

Hi Brooke! How goes the squats? I have started a 6day program which helps for total minutes in my company comp. But it does not give me the "I cannot walk any faster feeling" like after a grueling all out wo. Time will tell. Keep it strong
