I want to be muscular, faster and stronger. I'm a soldier in the Army National Guard and I want to be the best that I can be. I want to be able to fit into smaller clothes and tight fitting shirts. I want to be able to take my shirt off and impress people!

I was in the gym today and a guy asked me "how much do u bench?"  I said, "hell, i dont really know." I  believed he thought i was just being modest or something, but then i told him that currently the last two weeks, i had been working with dumbells, so I really dont know...
