I always use to be active and in shape while being in the army until I injured my knee and had to have knee surgery and gained about 30 pounds.
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
I want to get back into the best shape of my life again. I sustained a knee injury in Afghanistan a few years ago and had to have surgery, and since then things have never been the same and over time I have gained way too much bodyfat that I am not proud of. Now I just want to get back into shape and melt all this fat off my body and look sexy again.

I mainly use the eleptical and bike do to a knee injury I sustained while in the Army.

The best way to get ripped is to lift & and diet, (Run if you have time). Abs are made in the kitchen. Good luck man!
