Goal (Long):
I'd like to have a body that I enjoy showing off when I go to the pool or beach. I feel I'm fighting against my family genes and I need to feel good about myself. Always thought a six pack would look good on me and I'll do what it takes to get it. I'd like to be 190lbs with 12% bodyfat and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

It takes a lot of consistent hard work and clean eating! It helps that what this site is all about is also my profession. Variation in exercises (always with good posture!) and gradual increases in weights has proven beneficial to me. Keep at it! Looks like you have a great support system too! Yay for the wife!
