i started in iraq months ago. and itstarted as a stress reliever and juss fell in love with it
Why I Love It:
bcus i love being healthy and active and its always a source of motivation when u look in the mirror
How I Stay Motivated:
everybody in my unit is lazy pretty much except the few that i go to the gym with and i juss look at them everyday, im getting married march 27 2010 and wanna look my best for my baby girl because she deserves it thats where my motivation comes from
BB Accomplishments:
i have 17in arms and want 19in, and break that 400 mark on my bench im sitting at 350 right now. im on a mass cycle right now so when my cycle is done cut back down to 13% body fat

Hey there soldier, hang in there. I am a mom, and I'm glad you are a little bored. At least you are safe. My son is on his way over there;leaving on Jan 5. He spent a year and a half learning the Arabic language to be a Listener & Analyst. He thinks he will be home in July. Stay safe and strong - you will be home soon. #4 same as #2 2.5-3hrs #5 same as #3 use 1 scoop assault pre-workout 1 scoop Bullet proof before bed for recovery also invest in some sugar free Popsicles and jello sugar free every 7 days eat a sweet pot and banana with lunch this will work like a charm also cardio 30-45 minutes 5 days per week 3-4 days weight training and you will be gold cg

n eat within 1 hour out of bed as soon as you wake up 1 shred matrix meal #1 4 eggs but only 1 whole egg prepared however but no cheese 2.5 -3 hours later #2 2 scoops whey protein in water 2.5-3hrs #3 8oz meat white meat any kind and unlimited greens beans aspargus broc,or salad 2.5-3hrs

you are just getting to the part where it is gonna start sucking. from my experience its usually easy to put up with the first few months but after that it starts to get on your nerves. hang in there, and happy veterans day!

thats not too bad gettin out every 2 weeks or so. my second time in iraq i didnt want to leave the fob at all, but they made me go all the time. i wanted to be a gym rat but i was way too burnt out. are you doing a 15 month or 12 month rotation?

how you likin it at speicher? i was a resident there for 15 months myself, although i didnt spend as much time on the fob as i would have liked. i couldnt get into the gym like i wanted to.
