How I Started:
i started in iraq months ago. and itstarted as a stress reliever and juss fell in love with it
Why I Love It:
bcus i love being healthy and active and its always a source of motivation when u look in the mirror
How I Stay Motivated:
everybody in my unit is lazy pretty much except the few that i go to the gym with and i juss look at them everyday, im getting married march 27 2010 and wanna look my best for my baby girl because she deserves it thats where my motivation comes from
BB Accomplishments:
i have 17in arms and want 19in, and break that 400 mark on my bench im sitting at 350 right now. im on a mass cycle right now so when my cycle is done cut back down to 13% body fat

you are just getting to the part where it is gonna start sucking. from my experience its usually easy to put up with the first few months but after that it starts to get on your nerves. hang in there, and happy veterans day!
thats not too bad gettin out every 2 weeks or so. my second time in iraq i didnt want to leave the fob at all, but they made me go all the time. i wanted to be a gym rat but i was way too burnt out. are you doing a 15 month or 12 month rotation?
how you likin it at speicher? i was a resident there for 15 months myself, although i didnt spend as much time on the fob as i would have liked. i couldnt get into the gym like i wanted to.
