I was lifting only to maintain my strength in the martial arts. In june of 2007, I hurt my left shoulder and was not able to perform anymore. I began lifting more a noticed the injured area begin to hurt less, and decided i enjoy it more. I cant practice MMA or boxing anymore, but i can still lift.
Why I Love It:
It has been a great and healthy life style and a great hobby.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a single father, and I dont want him to grow up seeing me on the couch watching TV all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
I have built more mass, and I am in great shape again. I have decreased my body fat by 8% in the last year, and am looking to continue what i have started.
Reason: It boost my energy for both cardio and lifting.
