sohei Haven't been on in a while since Mom has been in recovery for last couple weeks after an aneurysm burst. She's back on track and I am too.

simeg1 Hey man , was doing underhand bent rows when lifting 90kg just above knee when felt a pop /crackers in lower back and saw a flash in my eyes , dropped the weight and walked inside like an old man, and lied on the Bed , when I did that couldn't move my arms or legs , so ambulance came they couldn't lift me so they gave me 500mg morphein and had to shuffle to ambulance , was just muscle , saw an osteopath she worked me over and with in the week nearly 100% May 3, 2013 11:47pm

simeg1 Hey man, Everything going good weighed myself this morning 119.9 kg on the way still , haven't updated program in a change at moment , have been looking for something challenging and am starting new program sun , Phil Heaths program which includes FST-7's so looking forward to that and work has got me on days so trying to fit a workout in the afternoon challenging , but I will be signing a contract which means no more nights and can get a early morning routine happening Mar 7, 2013 11:44pm

simeg1 yeah good , some exercises still no increase in weight and some others moving up , depending on whether i'm happy with my form if i think its getting sloppy i'm dropping back to get the correct technique to not injure my self,can really start to see the six pack trying to come thru, hows your training going Feb 8, 2013 7:35pm
