softpounder It's official. Upper/Lower x2 a week, compound based starting Sunday. Bye-bye Starting Strength. Thanks for helping me learn the foundation.

  • It's a bit complex, but in easy terms, it's like this:
    - OHP/Pull-Ups/Flat Bench/Dips (heavy day)
    - Front Squats/Leg Extension/Calf Raises (anterior chain day)
    - OHP/Pull-Ups/Flat Bench/Dips (medium/light day)
    - Sumo Deadlift/Hyperextension/Calf Raises (posterior chain day)

    Still very compound based, very beginner based, and the only isolations are Leg Extensions, Hyperextensions and Calf Raises (Calf being for aesthetics)
