What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. Its intense, and personally very spiritual for me especially when i do distance. After completing my first marathon I was high for weeks. It was like the final triumph in my extreme weight loss, and when i knew for certain that I would be fit for the rest of my life no matter what. After my second the high was even greater cause i improved my time by 45 minutes. I trained by myself for both and this time i'd like to join a running group to train for Athens! 4:30 baby thats my ideal time!Running. What is your cardio exercise plan?
Mmmmmmmmmmm. Well i only stick to a plan when training for races. The rest of the time i do whatever I feel like at the moment. Spinning, stair climber, elliptical, stair stepper whatever.
I got to eat oatmeal this am. Yes! Enough said. I was a happy camper all day. Couldn't resist running. I'm not supposed to be but damn it felt so good. Sick puppy i kno. Haven't been to the gym since thursday! Can't wait to hit it in a few hours.
