sofiarenee leg workout today, kinda crappy i kept cramping bad after 2 gallons of water (low potassium i suppose) finishing my last meal before cardio

  • nah i usually take in two ... with the correct supplementation i.e vitamins 2 gallons is fine ... just need to eat a banana or two =)

  • I just remember how good I feel after every workout. Hardest part is getting to the gym when you "think" you're not really feeling it;)
