I'm mid bulk and starting to see constant gains in weight, and suprisingly I'm leaning out a bit mid bulk. I guess it would have to do with the constant running at football practice and then the interval sprints i do after each weight lifting session.

yep, thats the thing to do..me and my dude always use a 12 rep scheme, but go up in weight every chance we get so we have to push to failure on the last 2-3 reps of 12.
