  • Yeah you want to be as lean as possible (just skin to pinch on ur lower back), but u have to retain muscle mass too. I hope you are doing a refeed once a week to keep u fuller, and keeping your fats to at least 40 grams on low days, 100 on big refeed day. Fats help keep the muscle full.

  • I am doing a refeed 2x a week My fats are about 75 on low carb days and around 55-60 on high carb days. Kind of a different way to do it. Been on this for the past 2 weeks and seems to be working well and have some pretty good fullness.

CBRob Thanks for noticing :), I did most of it with Stoppani's shortcut to size. All I got was negative feedback on the forums for using his program, but sure enough it did give me hypertrophy gains pretty quick. I've been using Lyle McDonald's generic bulk routine for about 7 months now and have added lots of strength with that program. C Jun 9, 2013 8:47am
