Hey, I'm right there with ya on the wieghts man. I got a better feeling from my workouts when I lift heavy, but I gotta focus on the supersets and giant sets to drop the pounds. That means less weight in my hands, but I'm losing weight. That's my goal right now, so I can live with the lighter weights for now.
Yup sure did. I lost 5 lbs. That is about what I do a week when I train. This week I will be kicking it up by going mountain biking instead of using the treadmill. MB'ing is 100 times more intense then the treadmill the way I push myself on the dirt trails. If I keep that up I will have to increase my calories to be able to ride. Having to add food to a diet is not a bad thing though right? Ha-ha!
You are smart to post all of the requested stats. Then you can see things improving over time even when you don't notice it in the mirror. Your waist/hips ratio a measure of heart-health is pretty good, about 1.0 (50/49.5) so you can feel comfortable on that front.
Hi,
Thanks for adding me. Today is my first day back at it. I like you, lost a lot of weight and then put it back on over the years. We all just need to stay motivated.
